All three clubs feature a new groove pattern that TaylorMade says goes right up to the USGA's limitations on volume and sharpness. Each club also has a weight in the back that allows TaylorMade Tour Preferred MB Forged Irons to adjust the location of the sweet spot. Contrary to what some equipment blogs and message boards pondered, while the weight is affixed using a screw, it's not adjustable. The Taylormade Company diversified into other golf products and grew to become the second largest manufacturer of golf equipment in the United States. Cheap TaylorMade Tour Preferred MB Forged Irons and TaylorMade putters, sold under the Rossa putter brand, soon joined TaylorMade drivers and TaylorMade fairway woods on both the professional tours and the bestselling lists. TaylorMade Golf for golf clubs sets is getting ready to release a new iron line to the world called Tour Preferred and it is made up of 3 different sets of irons. The MB, MC and CB irons each are geared towards different skill levels and each have characteristics in terms of performance/forgiveness. Here is a brief video with the company shot by THP explaining the new sets.
